In this episode Lucy discusses the reality of being in a rut, feeling low on inspiration and things that have helped her to find inspiration and a sense of purpose. Feeling low energy is something we all experience - it's worth remembering that it's so natural to have low points, but also that there are practical things we can do to feel better. Lucy also chats about how being busy and socialising post-lockdown can be kinda overwhelming and how someone's highlight reel on social media doesn't necessarily equate to them feeling good mentally - so spare yourself the negative thought patterns of comparison!!
