Today I want to focus this episode on something I'm all too familiar with, and that’s sadness. I have been very open on social media about my experiences with anxiety and Depression but on this episode i’m going to open up even more.

So, after a year and a half of healing and processing I've finally decided to come back. I'm honored to be at a place where I can share my voice with you all again.
