Sam is now the host presenter The Shift’  a podcast which delves into the challenges over 40, including going through menopause.

Natasha Eeles is the founder and director of Bold Voices, a youth-led social enterprise that delivers crucial education about gender inequality and gendered violence to young people in schools and universities. 



After completing an MSc in Gender and International Relations, Natasha used what she learned to set up Bold Voices, which was founded on the principle that all young people have the right to receive an education free from gender inequality and gendered violence.
