When Sam Ferry first attended the Rising Coaches Conference he was a student manager at Vanderbilt University. Now, 7 years later, Sam is an assistant coach for a Monmouth basketball program that has won back to back MAAC regular season titles. Sam talks to us about his rise through the profession as well as how they built Monmouth into the mid-major power that it is today.
