Sam Harris explains his biggest life hack for 2019, using "Skill Breaks" to learn.

We all have skills we'd love to get round to learning but never seem to find the time. Combining lessons on behaviour change, learning acquisition and mastery Sam started using 'Skill Breaks'. He has been able to learn a number of useful skills with the technique whilst also improving at this other work at the same time.

Sam explains the process and how you can easily make the most of it. Start learning new things quickly and easily with minimal pain and frustration yet maximum results and motivation.
