Scott covers a lot of different areas where GIS is playing a big part in a lot of  projects for the City of Scottsville, including gas meter survey and locations, water, gas and sewer infrastructure locations and updates.

He talks about the City's new "Water Smart" program, accessed at cityofscottsville.org, where water customers can monitor their usage and receive alerts if there are issues and also on City of Scottsville Facebook page.

Scott reveals that utility online payment is in the final stages of implementation and there should be an announcement soon about when customers may begin paying their utility bills online through the city website.
