Tracy Urban my friend, mentor, and my recruiter came on the podcast tonight. I've known her for 16/17ish years. She is an OG Iraq Veteran, Air assault, Airborne, master repeller, etc. She is also one of the founding members of Shield of Sisters focused on helping survivors of military sexual assault.
