Georgia’s CRS Plan outlines how the state will implement federal funding from the Carbon Reduction Program, established as part of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, for projects designed to reduce transportation emissions, defined as carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from on-road highway sources.
