Today we are back on the campus of Murray State University to talk with Women's Basketball Head Coach Rechelle Turner and Associate Head Coach Wyatt Foust about the upcoming 2025/26 Season. The Lady Racers are the reigning, defending, undisputed Missouri Valley Champions. They not only have a target on them this year but are also determined to rise to the challenge of remaining the MVC Champions. You will hear about the six new players on this year's team and how they are adjusting to The Racer Way of playing Basketball. Also, we discuss the tough non-conference schedule and how it will help the Racers be ready for the MVC. The returning players, Haven Ford, Halli Poock (All MVC Second Team) Briley Pena, Jada Cook, Braxcynn Baker, Destiny Thomas, and Cam Hoover along with the six newcomers are in full practice mode and are committed to GRIND it out until the final buzzer in March. Thanks for listening and be sure to download to help with our analytics and outreach.
