James 1:19-20 tells us: Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:

For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God. A true elder brother lifts and takes care of the younger. we are not in competition with each other but we lift each other up for we are members of one body. Let there be no strife between brethren for what we do to a brother it is as if we do it unto the LORD.
