I’m Adrienne Smith, the queen and the host of Messy Progress.  I am a wellness coach, world record holder, mother, entrepreneur, business owner, wife, friend, sister, Messy Progress podcast host, trip sitter and a whole lot of other labels on any given day depending on who you are asking, but most of all, I’m human.  Every Thursday I’ll shine a light on what lives behind the highlight reel and dive into how making a mess leads to success.

I constantly find myself asking questions like, “Is this really what life is suppose to look like?”  “Is this it?”  “Is there more?” I live for reigniting your passion and supporting you in getting unstuck.
