Colour 🎨 : pale gold
Nose 👃 : coastal, slight peat, sweet, honey
Palate 👅 : oily mouth feel, butterscotch, mineral, iodine, sea salt, green extra virgin olive oil
Finish 🏁 : olives in brine, lightly lingering smoke
