In today's podcast episode, I'll be discussing a question that one of my clients asked me. It reminded me of the most important lesson I learned in business - seasonality. I see seasonality in business in two ways - moments of speed up and moments of slowdown. It’s incredibly important to recognize that no matter what stage or season of business, you’re in, whether you’re having the best time of your life or facing challenges, this too shall pass. In this episode, we go through how I anchor myself, learn from the situation, and recognize that it's just a different season of business.
