Self-forgiveness is the hardest process that we each have had to do in our healing journey. Sometimes we find it easy to forgive others and relish the thought of someone else forgiving us however when we have to forgive ourselves, it becomes a whole new conversation and we just do not know where to start.
This week Mandisa ask a question that has helped her in her healing journey whenever she is triggered or observes a situation that stirs something in her: "What is it about my internal state that this person is bringing to my attention?"
