My guest grew up as a happy child but when she turned 8, her "happiness faded".  She felt perpetually scared of angering her father and her mother was dealing with depression.   Eventually my guest turned to self-harm as a way of coping: digging her finger nails into her skin, she felt a sense of relief. In this episode, we discuss fear of conflict, the challenge of puberty,  fear of not being liked,  perfectionism,  feeling empowered,  needs,  fear of expressing anger,  AND MUCH more! *Listen to the FULL, unedited episode at https://www.patreon.com/posts/35498602 SUPPORT via PATREON*: patreon.com/feelinweird/ Buy MERCH: kyeplant.bandcamp.com/ DONATE via Paypal Review, Rate & Subscribe on Apple Podcasts Instagram: @feelinweirdpod Website: www.feelinweird.com Email: [email protected] Here's a list of EVERY regular & bonus Feelin Weird episode :) *Please consider contributing $5-50/month to support the show (and receive ~100 bonus episodes)
