A mental health psychology podcast based on one woman's mental breakdown story of suicide and depression. Each week, this podcast examines a different mental illness through the psychological perspective of a true story patient experience. I talk about psychiatric patients, why they ended up on a ward and how they helped me get off of it. It's a podcast that seeks to dispel myths, stigma and misconceptions surrounding mental health through my own experiences as a patient.
