We believe that all authority is under Jesus Christ. We believe in a priesthood of all believers – where the pastor, ministry staff, elders, deacons, and members work together as ministers for one another. The representative responsibility of the pastor is circular in nature because the pastor is responsible for the people, but the people are responsible for the pastor.
