This month Lizzy Banks takes Service Course back to the place where it all began for her, Hill Climbs.

It was the Sheffield University Hill Climb at Curbar Edge in Derbyshire where Lizzy first started to believe that she may have a serious future in the sport and so for this episode she goes back to her roots to look at hill climbing bikes in all their glorious eccentricities.

The show features Lizzy’s season closing event, the Mam Nick Hill Climb, as well as an interview with a man who seems to spend all his time riding uphill, Phil Gaimon. We also visit Zed Wheels to find out about super lightweight wheels built with string, and Rebecca Richardson talks about hacking (sometimes literally) weight off your bike on a budget.
