It’s easy to care for someone so much that you lose sight of your own wants and needs. If a relationship seems one-sided, it’s time to re-evaluate and ask yourself why. Are you spreading yourself too thin? Are you being supportive more than you are being supported? Are you having trouble saying no? Love can be blinding, and it’s easy to ignore our own boundaries for ourselves in order to make the people we love happy. In this episode, I discuss boundary setting and how to set realistic, necessary boundaries in order to put your mental health first. Your wants, needs, and emotional well-being are just as important as the wants, needs, and emotional well-being of the people you love. In order to truly show up and be the best version of yourself to those you love around you, it’s necessary to put YOU first. If you feel like you don’t have any boundaries for yourself or don’t know how to implement them, then this episode is for you. So sit back, relax, and enjoy. Happy Listening!
