It’s the start of a fresh new year! It’s also the perfect time to SET or RESET expectations with your team. Today we are going back to basics and re-visiting the foundation of how you get work done in your business. It includes how your team will operate as a group. How they will behave in good times and bad times. It’s that adult agreement that each person agrees to, aligns themselves tightly to, and uses to remind each other if there is any drift off center.
