In the history of the ASI podcast there’s been a progression. The last show encouraged people to talk about their unwanted sexual behaviors. Bring it out in the light with someone. It doesn’t have to be your spouse but if you get caught (which is really easy right now) or you tell them it’s out in the light and you must deal with it. Through bravery and vulnerability things change and even heal over time. Being cooped up is a recipe for corals it’s also a recipe for quiet.
