Good Book, Great Listen
Would you listen to Shakespeare's Trollop again? Why?
Yes I have listened to this more than once. The story line is interesting enough to keep your attention without too many twists to distract so it is an easy book to listen to while doing other tasks.
What other book might you compare Shakespeare's Trollop to and why?
Any of the Shakespeare series or the Harper Connelly series by Charlaine Harris. The series are interesting detective novels and are easy to listen to. Good narrators make them a good choice too.
Enjoyable episode in the Lily Bard series
Would you listen to Shakespeare's Trollop again? Why?
I have already listened to it twice. I loved the story and found it compelling as with all the others in this series. I love the development of the characterisation of Lily from book to book as she becomes more and more involved in the lives of those around her.
The narrators voice, I find, is just right to evoke the setting and characters.
