It was a solid weekend of fights from Newark, New Jersey to Manchester, England and we're ready to discuss it all on the "Fight Freaks Unite Recap" podcast.

Host T.J. Rives is back with insider Dan Rafael of Fight Freaks Unite on Substack.com and Big Fight Weekend to talk Shakur Stevenson winning his Top Rank main event and heavyweight Joe Joyce scoring a late KO over Joseph Parker to become the WBO Interim titleholder.

First there's news to go over involving unified heavyweight champ Oleksandr Usyk and how many times does he want to fight still before retiring? Also what's up with Gennady Golovkin and whether he'll fight veteran WBA mandatory challenger Erislandy Lara or not? Dan also has an update on the pending charges/possible trial for multi-division champ Gervonta Davis for a hit and run accident in November of 2020. Is Davis lookin at jail time for the alleged incident?

Then, the boys are talking Shakur Stevenson fighting in his hometown, Newark, NJ, against Brazilian Robson Conceicao. Stevenson was dominant in 12 round decision and will now look fight at lightweight. Dan gives his thoughts on all. Dan also has two fighters on the undercard that stood out to him.

Finally, the discussion turns to Joe Joyce's KO win in the Queensberry Promotions main event over Parker. That's an important win for Joyce and what's Dan's insight on him having a legitimate shot to possibly win a portion of the heavyweight crown. The guys also talk women's featherweight champ Amanda Serrano winning easily by decision on the undercard and whether Eddie Hearn's lawsuit for defamation will cloud a possible Serrano matchup with Katie Taylor, too?
