Welcome to the end of Season 2, and we are going out with a bang! Everyone's favorite Jiu Jitsu Grandma, Elaine Beiersdoerfer, sat down with me to chat about starting BJJ at age 69 and continuing it into her 70s! Jiu Jitsu really is for everyone, no matter how young or old you are. Elaine and I had lots of fun while recording ("Did we just become best friends?!" lol) so I hope you have just as much fun listening!
