In this very first episode, I’m opening up about my truth.. raw, unfiltered and from the heart. I share the story behind She Chose to Heal, why I created this space and the personal journey that led me here.

From growing up in emotionally unstable homes, to experiencing toxic relationships and surviving domestic violence, I’ve walked through deep pain, heartbreak and healing. This episode is my story, the trauma, the turning points, the health battles, the spiritual awakenings and the moments I thought I’d never recover from.

But more importantly, this is the beginning of something real. A space for women who’ve felt silenced, broken or lost. A space for healing, growth and rising again. I also talk about the power of intuition, how coaching transformed my path and why I’m so passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves after abuse and trauma.
