You can be in it and not see it. Domestic violence starts with things like control, criticizing, verbal abuse, and expecting perfection, to name a few.

It’s important to really take a close look at your relationship if you suspect you could be in a domestically violent relationship. There are a lot of reasons why people don’t leave.
