Uk: Були часи, коли Київ був повним життям.
En: There were times when Kyiv was full of life.

Uk: Зараз - це безмовне місто снігу і руїн.
En: Now, it is a silent city of snow and ruins.

Uk: Надя і Олександр були одними з тих, хто пережив катастрофу.
En: Nadya and Oleksandr were among those who survived the catastrophe.

Uk: Наставала зима, а з нею і різдвяні свята, але свята мали інший вигляд тепер.
En: Winter was approaching, and with it, the Christmas holidays, but the holidays looked different now.

Uk: Олександр пробирався засніженими вулицями, шукаючи родину.
En: Oleksandr made his way through the snowy streets, searching for family.
