Fun facts

Emile Berliner invented the first flat disc record in 1888 in France. Vinyl records became extremely popular in the middle of the 20th century, but popularity rapidly declined after the introduction of tape cassettes and CDs. However, since 1993 vinyl sales have actually been increasing yearly due to music lovers’ nostalgia for the unique sound and experience that can only be had by listening to vinyl.
