Joel Embiid will miss Thursday's game, while  Ben Simmons will miss both matchups due to contact tracing. The 76ers closed out their regular season with an 8 game-winning streak after beating the Brooklyn Nets 107-86, but despite their late season push, they can't crawl out of the NBA's play in tournament. The Sixers will host the Miami Heat Wednesday night at 7:00 for the rights to the 7th seed and advance to take on the New York Knicks in the first round of the NBA playoffs. 

Segment 1: THREE BIG THINGS: Well, if you’re going to be in the NBA's playing tournament you might as well be the hottest team in the NBA. 2. Tobias Harris stepping up towards the end of the season to look like a solid 4th scorer behind Kelly Oubre, Tyrese Maxey & joel Embiid. 3. Joel Embid sat out today for “precautionary reasons”



Segment 2: Doc Rivers is the only Bucks head coaches this season to finish with a sub .500 record. Adrian Grifin (30-13), Joe Prunty (2-1) Doc Rivers (17-19). One good thing about the bucks losing is that they fall behind the New York Knicks who are now the two seed in the Eastern Conference. If the Sixers beat the heat Wednesday night, they'll play the Knicks in the first round of the playoffs.



Segment 3: Embiid Sharing the basketball this season before and after his injury. Nick nurse trusting the end of the bench guys to give you substantial minutes in the final weeks of the regular season.

POSTCAST: Sixers win 8th Straight, but can't avoid Play-in!

The Philadelphia 76ers beat the Orlando Magic 125 to 113 behind a 32pt night from Joel Embiid. Tyrese Maxey and Kelly Oubre also came up big for the Sixers, Maxey dropping 28 points while Oubre netted 21. The win helps the Sixers keep their chances of moving out of the NBA's play in tournament alive.

Segment 1: the Sixers stars shined against the Magic as Embiid, Maxey and Oubre came up huge. Scary moment though for Sixers star Joel Embiid who left the game with 1:40 remaining in the second quarter appearing to have injured his knee eard would come back in the game and go on to score 11 more points in the second-half.

Segment 2: Sixers are getting help from everyone from starters to bench players.

Segment 3: The importance of Nick Nurse as the Sixers head coach. One day will be a big game Sunday will be a big day for the NBA's Eastern Conference playoffs as the magic host the bucks, the Pacers host the Hawks, and the Sixers host the Nets. All three games at 1:00 pm ET.
