Chapter 1:
Translink wants to hear from you about the new plan for Skytrain from Surrey to Langley. It’s opened public consultation as it tries to decide how far the line can be built along the Fraser Highway with the $1.6 billion that’s been allocated.  But at the same time, A proposal to connect Surrey and Chilliwack using emissions free hydrogen powered passenger trains on an already existing inter-urban line is gaining steam!  Which idea is the better bet?

Sunday is Green Shirt Day in honour of Logan Boulet, one of the victims of the deadly Humboldt bus crash. In opting to be an organ donor, Logan helped to save six lives and drove an increase in over 100,000 organ donor registrations across Canada in the month of April 2018 alone.  How can you get involved and help save a life through organ donation.
Chapter 3:
A campaign to ban smoking in condos in BC is gaining momentum. Naomi Baker, mom to a 10 month old daughter, says when she moved in to her Langley condo in 2016, she immediately realised smoke was seeping in to her home from below. So, she started a petition, which now has more than 15,000 signatures.
