Today on Sleep Cues we chat with Mark Borowiecki, Canadian NHL Player, husband and has added father to his recent accomplishments! Having played many years with the Ottawa Senators and a recent move to the Nashville Predators, we discuss what led Mark and his wife Tara to Sleep Coaching, how their little guy handled the big move, and the overall experience of sleep coaching from a Dad's perspective!
Mark shares his thoughts on the sleep coaching process from before even starting to having a happy sleeper. He opens up about how important it was to him as parent to be involved, and the importance of mental health for Dad's and all parents, so they can work as a team to be a well rested family!
