If you’re a Real Estate Agent that’s been in the business for at least a couple years you’ve undoubtedly had your fair share of both GOOD and BAD Customers. Hopefully you’ve had the good fortune to work with at least a few “Perfect” Customers; the type of customer that literally does every single thing you tell them to do. These are the type of deals that make you genuinely happy to be in the Real Estate Business, Right? But what if every customer you decided to work with fell into the “Perfect” category? What if there were no more of those “PAIN-IN-THE-****” Customers you had to deal with? You’d enjoy your work a whole lot more, wouldn’t you? You’d definitely make more money and be able to do so while working less hours. And…your quality of life would improve as would your overall happy factor.
