Here's how to break through the barriers to getting out in the snow. - Are you afraid of falling? Feet traction and yak tracks could be a safety option. Also consider simply walking in snowy grass where the traction is safe. - How long are you really going to be out there? Do you really need to gear up completely? Or can you step outside for a few minutes? - It's a lot of work to get dressed to go outside. Consider this part of your movement for the day! - Feeling depressed makes going outside nearly impossible. Imagine I'm there with you encouraging you to get outside and soak in a few minutes of vitamin D. - Did you know that the lighting for photos is amazing when there's snow on the ground and clouds in the sky? Today could be the perfect day to take photos of people and things you love. This includes taking a photo of yourself too! Enjoy your snowy days! ***** Created and produced by Lyn Lindbergh of COUCH to ACTIVE. www.couchtoactive.com Fitness Motivation, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness, and support for people with Chronic Illness, Long-Term Injuries, are Blind.
