Patticia, really wants to find a sense of calm around food, and get rid of her emotional eating. From a young age, she remembers being a little chubby, going for the sweets, and comparing herself to others. Now 37, she tells Marc David, Founder of the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, that she is happy with how her body looks, and it's more about getting down the right schedule so she doesn't binge and then feel guilty. As the session unfolds, Marc introduces Patticia to the idea of letting go of her perfectionism, letting go of doing everything for everybody else's approval, and begin to really step into her womanhood, her queen, and nourish herself.
