Mona is a very multi-passionate woman who brings love itself in the world in all it forms & identities. She is a writer, a painter, a transformational yoga teacher, a breath-, rebirthing-, reiki- & sound healing worker ...

But what she brings in the world is pure love itself. In this SoulTalk we dive deeper in her life story and teachings where grief and joy exist together and that life has to be lived to the fullest, as one day you might wish you just had 10 minutes more.

Mona has 8 of the 9 energy centers defined (!) as a 1/3 manifesting generator with a completely open G-Identity Love centre and a quadruple split.

Next to that she has the tribal leader manifestor energy of channel 21-45 which makes her speak and act from the heart (no stopping her ;-)) and her channel of emoting 39-55, with which she provokes herself and others to go and féél what you need to feel! Her incarnation cross is the RAC of tension which makes her dive deep into the wide variety of talents to make herself & us feel more alive as a wholesome person, able to love and spread our light like lighthouses that help eachother when in need.
