The transfer portal has not been open for long, but there’s already some significant news for the Kentucky football program. 11 Personnel is breaking down the latest ahead of a chaotic two weeks for the sport of college football.

To this point in time, we know of three departing Kentucky Wildcats. We also know of at least two significant Power Five players in the transfer portal who are priority targets for Mark Stoops.
