Harvey Leach and Herry McGibbon are on the ignition podcast. Harvey and Herry are both engineers, but in their own right. Harvey comes from a management and logistic background, whereas Herry has his aerodynamics routes working for F1 teams.

We don't often take the time to look at how far we've come and that the people in our lives often have similar experiences, so when it comes to solving problems, we don't usually ask for help. But in this spark, we are discussing what it can be like, especially in an industry full of men. That conversation happens way less than it should. By now, we all know, including me, men are terrible when sharing their struggles mentally.
