We are joined by George Mitchell and Greg Parry from FocusPerform (https://focusperform.co.uk), as well as a new temporary host, Joshua, where they talk about how they got into sport psychology, their pathway/training route, the similarities and differences of practicing in the UK and Malaysia, and their work now. 

George and Greg recently passed their British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES - SE) accreditation. The three of them started out as classmates during their Master's at Bangor University and this is their journey in a nutshell. Merry Christmas to everyone and a happy new year to all!
