The US enacted the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (SOX) two decades ago. In this role, she leads the advocacy and regulatory affairs global efforts, including corporate disclosures, financial reporting, accounting and ESG/sustainability. Sandy also serves as a CFA Institute spokesperson to key regulators and standard setters, and works with stakeholders in the policymaking process.
