September 9, 2024 ~ Michigan State gets a huge road win at Maryland to open their conference schedule. Ryan reflects on Freshman WR Nick Marsh’s performance of eight receptions, 194 yards and a touchdown. Anthony is taken aback by MSU’s quarterback Aidan Chiles play with 363 yards, three touchdowns and three interceptions. Then Anthony and Ryan shift back to the Lions and point out the positives but also wonder if fans in the back of their head thought “same old lions” as the Lions were losing late in the fourth quarter.

September 9, 2024 ~ VICTORY MONDAY! Anthony and Ryan take a deep exhale after the Lions beat the Los Angeles Rams 26-20 in overtime. Before diving in more to the Lions victory, Anthony dives into the Tigers winning weekend as Detroit takes two out of three games in Oakland and is just three and a half games out of a playoff spot with 18 games left to play. Finally, Anthony and Ryan break down the drive chart from Sunday Night Football and some concerns that popped up during the Lions opening game of the 2024 season.

September 6, 2024 ~ Week three of the college football season is ready to kick off and Anthony and Ryan try to rebound in best bets as they have had a rough start to the year. Then Fredi calls in to talk the start of the Lions season as Matthew Stafford and the Rams will come into Ford Field on Sunday Night Football. Anthony and Ryan talk record predictions for the Lions and what is to come of the 2024 NFL season.

September 6, 2024 ~ The Detroit Lions season begins on Sunday night versus Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams. Anthony asks the question: Where are the Lions on the likeability scale of the NFL? Anthony believes that the Lions are one of the most likeable teams across the NFL. Then the focus shifts to Ann Arbor and Saturday afternoon as #10 Michigan hosts #3 Texas. While some fans are seem apprehensive with Texas coming in, Anthony believes this is a great test for the Michigan Wolverines.

September 6, 2024 ~ The Tigers were down to their last strike last night before Parker Meadows hit a go-ahead grand slam to give the Tigers a 4-3 win last night over the San Diego Padres. Anthony and Ryan break down the game and what the Tigers chances are to make the playoffs. With the NFL season kicking off last night, Anthony and Ryan discuss the Kansas City Chiefs beating the Baltimore Ravens 27-20 and the return of the NFL and the return of NFL officiating.

September 5, 2024 ~ Lee Sterling of Paramount Sports joins the show to cover the best games this week and after a winning week one, Sterling gives out five picks between college football and NFL for the fans to bet on. Then John Maakaron of Detroit Lions on SI joins the show to preview the Lions 2024 season and the season opener on Sunday Night Football versus the Los Angeles Rams.

September 5, 2024 ~ The Tigers fall to the Padres 6-5 after holding a 5-0 lead going into the bottom of the fourth inning. With the loss the Tigers playoff percentages drop from 8.6% to 6%. Then Anthony and Ryan get stuck in a rabbit hole about uniforms and logo history when thinking about the San Diego Padres. The conversation shifts from logos and baseball to the NFL. Anthony and Ryan speed through the entire NFL and give fun facts for each team heading into the 2024 NFL season.

September 4th, 2024 ~ Former Michigan Wolverine and NFL veteran Chris Wormley joins the show to breakdown Michigan’s 30-10 win over Fresno State, what to expect with #3 Texas coming to visit this Saturday and when Anthony starts to show concern over the Wolverines outlook this season, Wormley provides some words of comfort for him.
