Shaykh Yusuf begins by explaining one of the signs of Allah’s love is not by not being tested or acquiring a lot of wealth. He explains who is beloved to Allah. It is the one who is able to adore themselves with praiseworthy qualities, and waking up in the depths of the night only for the sake of Allah. These are the ones who are beloved to Allah explains Shaykh Yusuf.

Shaykh Yusuf goes on to explain that the one who is given in this life by means of a lot of wealth. It is of no consequence because Allah gives to whom He wills. Allah raises in rank by sending one a tribulation. Shaykh Yusuf reminds all that one will be asked how one responded to the different trials that were sent to one.

Relationship Between the Tongue and the Heart – Imam Yama Niazi

You could lose all the rewards of your charity if you boast about it or cause people harm. Imam Yama Niazi reminds us of the words of Allah Most High, "O believers! Do not waste your charity with reminders ˹of your generosity˺ or hurtful words." (Quran, 2:264)
Another type of prohibited speech is praising others excessively. Imam Yama explains the situations in which praising someone is recommended and those in which it is harmful. He also shares the supplication to ask when someone praises you.
