Love Lessons: An end of year exercise to let go and set you up for the new year

Sophie has an anti-diet culture approach and helps her clients and community find food freedom and is a disordered eating Dietitian. Sophie has a skill for breaking the science down so it's easy to understand, and still fun, and that's what you're about to hear. What happens when we have a restrictive mindset? Why do we binge eat? How can we take the focus off of our weight when it comes to food and exercise? And reframe our negative body image beliefs?
