We talk to Stephanie Roy, 2X CrossFit Games Master's Champion, French Canadian Athlete who has participated on a team with Pro 1 Montreal, qualified for regionals in the open division while being of Master's age and competed again Katrin Davidsdottir, Kari Pearce and Carole Ann Reason-Thibault. Stephanie was also the fittest police woman in the world in two different years.
