Land-Grant Holy Land’s newest podcast series, Stick to Sports, will be unlike any podcast you’ve heard on the Ohio State beat. Your hosts, Tia Johnston and Matt Tamanini, will (of course) talk Ohio State football, but the primary focus of the show will be on what’s going on around the periphery, such as weird/funny happenings in college football and the sports world at large, as well as other things that keep us interested in between games, whether that’s pop culture, social media trends— you name it.

At the start of the show, Tia and Matt receive breaking news that the national championship game may be postponed due to a high number of positive tests and contact tracing within Ohio State's program. They unpack what this means, whether or not they think it'll happen, and why Alabama fans might want to take a seat when it comes to their poor takes on the matter. Then, despite this podcast not usually being centered around football-talk, they had to get into the glorious day that was January 1, 2021, aka the day Ohio State beat Clemson's socks off in the form of 49-28. They discuss the Buckeyes' flawless game plan, the similarities between this year's and last year's matchup, why they're so happy for Chris Olave, and last but not least, the sensation that is Trey Sermon.
