Police Have Arrested A Man They Believe Is Responsible For Six Killings That Left Californians On Edge For Weeks.

The suspect, identified as 43-year-old Wesley Brownlee, was arrested by  police in Stockton around 2 a.m. on Saturday. Police chief Stanley  McFadden said at the time of the arrest a surveillance team was  following Brownlee driving in his car and after observing his behavior  they determined that he seemed to be “on a mission to kill.”
