We’re chatting about why we’re all so confused about what to eat, why we don’t trust our bodies, and how we can stop the binge-restrict cycle, heal our relationship with food, and learn that we don’t need to shrink ourselves and do whatever is necessary to lose weight in order to be more worthy in this world.
