What lens do you use to view the world? A lens of joy, love, fear, grief, or uncertainty? All the above, or depending on the moment? Life is a series of choices, and we all long for meaning and connections to that which is sacred and true to our authentic being. Our lens is what shapes that message. 

Using some of her favorite shows and movies as a springboard for conversation, Julie reminds us to be open to the inspiration that can be found through Storytelling. Everything you watch, read, absorb, create, and tell yourself has the ability to lead you to states of transformation, redemption, and hope. Storytelling, when done powerfully, is a way to connect us all to something greater than ourselves.
