Every life lost is devastating and these two have gotten together to share how they have dealt with their own experiences with suicide and what you, the listener, can do to help those at risk, how to spot symptoms, how to be direct, and even how to talk to children about depression in a way so they can participate instead of be 'fixed'.
Michelle Jackson is a Christian, Certified Life and Transformational Healing Speaker and Coach, Voice Over Artist, Author of 4 self-published books, Poet, NAMI Chicago Ambassador and Speaker, and a Volunteer Community Educator for Saprea.
With a history of severe clinical depression, 4 suicide attempts, molestation, incest and sexual abuse, Michelle is committed to helping others heal. She love recording voiceovers, coaching, speaking, meditating, writing andย poetry.
