AFTERBUZZ TV -- Survivor: Cambodia — Second Chance, also known as Survivor: Second Chance, is the upcoming 31st season of the American CBS competitive reality television series Survivor, which was filmed in summer 2015 in Koh Rong, Cambodia and scheduled to premiere on September 23, 2015. Unlike previous seasons, which were completely cast by producers, this season will feature 20 contestants selected by public vote from a producer-picked pool of 32 players from past seasons, all of whom had played once and not yet won. The 32 candidates were revealed on May 6, 2015, the same day that voting began, and the final cast was revealed on May 20, at the reunion of the preceding season, Survivor: Worlds Apart. After the reveal occurred, the chosen cast members immediately began the trip to Cambodia.
