Pour 60ml rye whiskey and a dash of Absinthe into cocktail shaker without ice.
2. Add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons sugar syrup and a half egg white.
3. Shake thoroughly to make the drink frothy.
4. Add ice, shake well again and strain into cocktail glass.
5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
